Organic Greek Rosemary by EnVios
Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean and immensely popular for its use as a culinary condiment.
It has a distinctive lemon-pine flavor, yet it is also woodsy and peppery at the same time. Its fragrance like charred wood makes it extremely compatible with barbecued dishes. Enjoy it in culinary dishes such as rosemary chicken and lamb roasts, steaks, and fish, and especially oily fish. Rosemary’s assertive flavor will add a special note to your soups, meat stews, marinades, and salads.
It can be used also a tonic beverage

Using this a lot
One of the things with herbs like rosemary, is to grind or crush them to release the best flavor. The fresh plants definitely have the most flavor, but these have good flavor once you crush them and get the oils to release. I use this in a lot of my cooking, it is such a great flavor - not overwhelming and a little goes a long way. very happy with this product

An amazing spice, great flavors, and it is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant.
A high grade supplement and a great condiment, spice or flavoring. I infused it into a bottle of olive oil to enhance the flavor on pasta and when I brush it on pizza crust. It goes great with baking meats or roasting veggies. I got a great flavor when making my Yukon gold bake potatoes. Simple recipe you spear the potato with the skin on, and brush with olive oil, add a few sprigs of Rosemary, and some salt. Then wrap in foil and bake at 350 for an hour. Potato can be eaten without any butter, cheese, sour or other enhancement and is still delicious. Note, after baking if it's cooled in the fridge for 8 hours then reheated (although you can eat cold too). It changes the starch so the calories drop significantly. Rosemary works well with beef marinates or when roasting poultry. I experimented with two new dishes, one was to test another device a slow cooker water circulation device. I put a chuck roast in a bag, with some spices including some sprigs of Rosemary, some olive oil, and some marinates. The roast was 3 pounds and the bag a heat resistant Mylar. I cooked it for 20 hours, and then seared it in a pan with some oil. The flavor was great, and the chuck steak as tender as much more expensive cuts. The other meat was two Rock Cornish Game hens, and I coated with butter and sprigs of Rosemary, then added salt and pepper inside and out. I roasted as recommended on high 425 F, for 30 min, then 25 min at 400 F, and finished at 46 minutes at 375 degrees F. I really think maybe Rosemary was made for chicken and other poultry. I never do a turkey at thanksgiving cause it's too much for a single like me. I go to a friends house for the holiday and his wife makes the best most tender slow cooked turkey. I'll have to give her some of this herb to try out it the turkey bag this year. It adds an amazing flavor that seems made for cooking birds. Recommended.

Good Quality Rosemary with a Nice Aroma & Flavor
This is a review of EnVios Organic Greek RosemaryWhat You Get (Figures 1, 2)1.41 ounces (50g) dried Greek rosemary in a resealable pouch.Good spices are important to almost anything that you cook, bake, or even drink. They can quite literally make or break a recipe. This product is dried Greek rosemary and, although it is used in a lot of Mediterranean dishes, it can be found in recipes throughout the globe. The first thing that I did when opening this spice is to take pinch, place it into my palm, crush it with the thumb of my other hand, and take a sniff. What I smelled was the scent of strong fresh rosemary.Cooking with it (Figures 3, 4)I whipped up some of my Aunt Jo’s homemade tomato sauce and meatballs, both of which use rosemary. In addition, I made some rosemary-infused olive oil for bread dipping. Then, I served it to my house guests. All I can say is that everyone gave the meal two thumbs up. They especially liked the infused olive oil, and said it had a smooth rosemary flavor without bitterness.Bottom Line A good product at a reasonable price. If you like cooking with rosemary you should give this one a try.
