Olympus Mountain Tea and Herbs
The Organic Greek Mountain Tea surprised me when I opened the bag because it was not in loose-leaf form, but rather in the form of someone having just plucked some leaves and stems from a plant in the yard. I followed the directions to boil it some and then let it steep. It was delicious, with a mellow, appealing, and satisfying flavor. It had me wanting to sip it all day long and I had no need to add any sweetener which might cover up its mellow taste

We first heard about this type of tea from a program on NHK TV. They showed an example of what a good quality Greek Mountain Tea should look like; dried leaves and stems with some flowers.
