Pure Clarity is a soothing aromatic tea, made from the most popular herbal tea in Greece known as "Tsai Tou VouNou" (Tea of the Mountain).

This 100% Premium Greek Mountain Tea is lighter and more soothing than traditional Green Tea with a sweet, floral, and earthy taste. Our teas are hand harvested, naturally dried and caffeine-free. These loose-leaf teas contain the dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis Scardica plant.
The Sideritis plant is indigenous to Mount Olympus and only grows on the mountain sides in Greece. Enjoyed by Greeks for generations.
Enjoy hot or cold as great iced teas.
Ingredients: 100% Organic Greek Mountain Tea / Sideritis Scardica, flowers, leaves and stems.

Brewing Instructions:

  • Place 1 tbsp. of tea in 1 ½ cups of water per serving cup.
  • Boil for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your strength preference this allows you to extract its flavor and antioxidants!
  • Let it steep for 7-8 minutes, depending how strong of a taste you like.
  • Strain into a cup and enjoy!

Suggestions:
You can add some drops of honey and/or lemon for extra taste!
Enjoy hot or cold any time of the year!

    Great natural, healthy organic teas

    I ordered the series of the EnVios products to try them out. I am quite particular about tea, and I know my herbs, too, so the offering of an organic series of products made me curious. At the time of purchase (Jan. 2021), the series included the "Peacefulness", "Exuberance", "Sage", and "Pure Clarity" teas, as well as thyme, oregano and rosemary. This review goes for all products, and I'll add separate comments for any product-specific characteristics, if applicable. I am appreciative of the certifications that accompany all of these products, and their convenient, practical, and tasteful packaging. Brewing instructions for the teas are an extra plus; definitely shows the people behind it know their teas, too. For the "Pure Clarity" product I could simply buy it just for knowing it is essentially 100% sideritis tea. Sideritis, also known as "mountain tea" in the Mediterranean, is one of my all-round favorites as a strengthening and healing beverage. Hot or cold, with lemon and/or honey, sideritis is a more refined flavor that progressively and worthily replaced in my taste the more common teas and brands one can predominantly find at grocery stores. The organic version of sideritis in the present product is a plus, and I am glad to have found it.
